Exciting We are Starting!
After waiting for nearly a year we have finally had plans passed to build a new 2 storey head office on site. Our new office will have a fabulous large board room and individual offices for each member of staff, plus full air conditioning a must after this last summer. This week the work starts to demolish the old office block ready to start next March on our new build. Roll on spring!
Over the last year DRB alongside Wedge Galvanisers have been developing and testing a new softer more pliable tying cut bar for the ‘hot dip’ galvanisers. ‘Wedge’ are one of the major galvanisers in the UK and are the driving force for safety within the industry, therefore any new product must meet their stringent standards. Last week it came to fruition when they finally endorsed our new ‘super soft’ cut bar and we are now ready to start manufacturing.
